Resin Keepsakes

Blue Rose Orb on a Walnut Base

A preserved blue rose and baby's breath cast in a clear resin sphere, sitting in a hand-shaped walnut base.

The flowers are set in clear resin and polished into a sphere so the bloom reads from every side. Light passing through the resin picks up the blue and the small white flowers suspended around it.

The base is cut from walnut with a shallow seat so the orb rests without rolling. The same piece can be made as a cube or a dome, and with different flowers.
