Privacy notice
Plain language about what this website collects and why.
Who runs this site
Lotz Creations, a one-person woodworking and resin workshop in Long Beach, Mississippi. Questions about this notice: e.lotzcreations@gmail.com.
What is collected when you send an inquiry
Only what you type into the form: your name, email address, project type, and description, plus any optional details (phone, dimensions, budget range, timing, material preferences) and up to three images you choose to attach. The server also records the time, a one-way hash of your network address used only to limit abuse, and your browser's user-agent string.
How it is used
To read your request, reply to you, and prepare a quote. Inquiries are stored privately in the website's hosting account (Netlify) and a copy is emailed to the workshop inbox through an email delivery service (Resend). Your email address is used as the reply-to address on that message so a reply reaches you. It is not added to any mailing list and not shared with anyone else.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may set a cookie and process your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy. It loads only on the inquiry page.
Analytics
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It counts a handful of anonymous events (for example "a project page was viewed" or "an inquiry was accepted") without names, emails, message text, file names, or persistent identifiers.
How long it is kept
Inquiries and attachments are kept while the conversation and any resulting commission are active, and are deleted on request at any time. Email e.lotzcreations@gmail.com and quote your reference number to have your inquiry removed.
Your choices
You can inquire without using the form by emailing or messaging on social media. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time.
